The conference is always conducted in English. The livestream is also in English with no German translation available. Workshops are offered in either German or English, so please review the language information carefully when booking.

The schedule operates in Central European Summer Time (CEST).

This website is continuously updated as additional information becomes available.

Participants receive their goodies on the first day of the conference, along with their badge, which serves as the personal entry card. More details are emailed to all participants closer to the event.

No, accommodation is not included with conference tickets. Our hotel recommendations are available in the 'Munich' section of this website and in our email communication to participants.

For every conference, we secure a special deal with a trusted hotel near the event venues for on-site participants. After booking your conference ticket, you receive a confirmation email along with details on the hotel contingent.

After clicking 'Buy now' on our conference website, you will be taken to the booking page, where you can select the number of conference tickets you need (one per person). You can then choose a workshop to add to your conference ticket(s). Please note that workshops can only be booked together with a conference ticket, and be sure to check the language information before booking.

Yes, on all conference days food and drinks are provided by the locations starting with breakfast bites over lunch, coffee and cake breaks towards delicious dinners. Nobody will leave hungry – there are tasty treats available around the clock.

For vegan or vegetarian food selections, please specify in your booking process in the designed fields to answer the catering question.

We recommend that you prepare any questions you might have for our experts. You can bring a mobile device and most importantly yourself! A laptop is not required for day 1-2 unless you prefer having it with you. If you’re attending a workshop, please check the prerequisites in its description – you most likely need a laptop here.

Yes, we have a designated cloak room where you can leave your personal belongings.

Selected presentations are livestreamed on our website during both conference days, allowing you to participate from anywhere in the world. When you've registered for the livestream, detailed access information are emailed to you at least one day before the conference.

All presentations are recorded, except for the workshops on day 3. Visit our conference archive to explore past conference materials.

We kindly ask participants to purchase their tickets through our website, as tickets are not available for purchase on-site. The online sale is closed one day before the event.

After selecting your desired conference (and optional workshop) ticket, you receive a booking confirmation via email. We accept payments by Giropay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you need assistance, please email us at conference@checkmk.com. In most countries, you also have the option to pay on account.

Cancellation is free of charge if the customer informs Checkmk of the cancellation request in writing at least 6 weeks before the planned event. In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the scheduled event, 50% of the respective fees for the event will be charged. In the event of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the planned event, Checkmk may require payment of 90% of the respective fees for the event.

In individual cases, Checkmk may allow the customer to substitute a participant at an event instead of canceling a booking.

All Checkmk hosted events are governed by a code of conduct, which is especially important for the Checkmk Conference to ensure that all attendees, including our team, feel comfortable. You can find our detailed code of conduct here.

When booking your conference ticket(s), you first receive a quote that needs to be confirmed by you via the 'confirm' button in your email. Afterward, you receive an automated ticket confirmation that functions as your ticket.

For Early Bird and Regular tickets, you have four weeks time to confirm your order, whereas the late ticket phase has a two-week deadline before tickets go back to sale.

Ticket confirmations for both online and on-site participation are sent via email immediately after you successfully book or register. For the in-person conference, you receive a lanyard with a badge on the first day of the conference. Once you have the booking confirmation, you’re on our participant list, and more details follow via email closer to the event. For the online conference, a link to the livestream is shared via email one day before the event.
