The conference's language is English due to the high demand experienced over the past years. The livestream will also be offered in English also.

There will be no German translation!

Some workshops will however be offered in German, others in English. Carefully check the language indication during the booking process.

The time zone is Central European Time (CET).

Yes, we are continuously updating this website page as further information becomes available.

The goodie bags will be handed out to you on the first day of the conference. You will receive it together with your badge, which is your personal entry card. Further information will be sent to all participants via e-mail.

No, as of 2023 we are not offering conference tickets including accommodation anymore. Find our hotel recommendation in the question below.

The Checkmk Conference #9 has special deals for all its on-site participants in one trusted hotel close to the event locations. The person who has booked the conference ticket has received a hotel cooperation email next to the confirmation email. You can either choose to stay at Novotel from June 20-21 or from June 20-22, 2023. Find all details in your email inbox.

After clicking 'Buy now' in any of the website pages, you will end up on our booking page, where you first select the number of conference tickets (one per person).

Afterwards, you can select one of the following combinations to add workshop seats to your conference ticket(s). Remember that you can only book a workshop together with a conference ticket.

  1. one full-day workshop,

  2. one half-day workshop in the morning,

  3. one half-day workshop in the morning and another half-day workshop in the afternoon,

  4. one half-day workshop in the afternoon.

Some workshops will take place only once per day, others will be held several times and in parallel. Please watch the language indication and, for example, do not book two half-day workshops in the morning.

The ticket confirmations for both online and on-site participation will be distributed immediately after successfully booking or registering via email.

For the in-person conference, you will receive a lanyard with a badge and your name on the first day in Munich. Once you receive the booking confirmation by email, you’re on our participant list. More details will follow via email communication.

For the online part of the conference, a link to the livestream will be shared by email one day before the conference.

Selected presentations will be streamed live on our website on both conference days. This hybrid experience opens up the opportunity to join from anywhere in the world. More detailed access information will be sent via e-mail at the latest one day before the conference.

After the successful selection of your desired conference (and optionally workshop) ticket you will receive the booking confirmation via e-mail. Payments by giropay, Visa, Mastercard or American Express are supported. You will get your invoice via e-mail once the conference has taken place. For most countries of residence, you can additionally buy on account.

All presentations will be recorded, except for the workshops on day 3 of the conference.
