Managing 100 remote locations shouldn't feel like 100 times the work. In this session, we will share how the new Checkmk Relay-- a lightweight, self-updating container, simplifies monitoring for smaller segments by moving all monitoring logic to your central site. You will discover how to use Relay to eliminate the complexity of OS dependencies and hardware planning while securely reaching every corner of your network with zero inbound traffic. We will also share a definitive comparison of when to deploy a full remote site versus Relay, focusing on scale, maintenance overhead, and network constraints.
