The conference is conducted in English.

The schedule operates in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

The booking takes place via Eventbrite. After selecting your conference ticket, you can pay online via credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna or Afterpay. You will then receive a booking confirmation via email. If you need assistance, please email us at conference@checkmk.com.

We kindly ask participants to purchase their tickets through Eventbrite, as tickets are not available for purchase on-site. The online sale is closed one day before the event.

When booking your conference ticket(s), Eventbrite will send the ticket confirmation to your email.

Yes, food and drinks are provided by the location and included in the ticket. Nobody will leave hungry – there are tasty treats available around the clock.

For vegan or vegetarian food selections, please specify in your booking process in the designated fields to answer the catering question.

No, accommodation is not included with conference tickets. Our hotel recommendations are available under Locations in the Atlanta section and in the email confirmation after booking your conference ticket.

We recommend that you prepare any questions you might have for our experts. You can bring a mobile device and most importantly yourself! A laptop is not required unless you prefer having it with you.

Participants receive their goodies during the conference day in person, along with their badge, which serves as the personal entry card.

Come dressed for comfort. It's especially cool to see which conferences you have already visited by showing off your past conference shirts. :)

All Checkmk hosted events are governed by a code of conduct, which is especially important for the Checkmk Conference to ensure that all attendees, including our team, feel comfortable. You can find our detailed code of conduct here.

Cancellation is free of charge if the customer informs Checkmk of the cancellation request in writing at least 6 weeks before the planned event. In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the scheduled event, 50% of the respective fees for the event will be charged. In the event of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the planned event, Checkmk may require payment of 90% of the respective fees for the event.

In individual cases, Checkmk may allow the customer to substitute a participant at an event instead of canceling a booking.

No, the presentations of the Checkmk Conference North America are not recorded nor shared online. You have to be there in person to experience it. However, you can visit our conference archive to explore the past conference materials of the flagship conference in Munich.
